Inclusive Practice in the Arts

Since 2018, MK Gallery’s Inclusive Practice in the Arts (IPA) programme has provided bespoke opportunities for children and young people with additional and complex needs, alongside a wider organisational commitment to championing access and inclusion.

Art and Us

MK Gallery’s Art and Us programme provides bespoke artist-led workshops for children aged 5+ with complex support needs. Children and family members can enjoy spending time together in an environment which is creative, accessible, fun and understanding of everyone’s needs. Sessions take place on Sundays 11am – 12.30pm and 2pm – 3.30pm and cost £5 per family. This film documents the first 18 months of the programme.
